1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and chk4d ("Platform", "we", or "us"), operating under international licensing. This Agreement governs your use of the chk4d.org website and all services, games, promotions and features available on it.
By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the chk4d platform, you are automatically considered to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
chk4d reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. User Eligibility
To register and use the chk4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using the platform:
- Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout your use of the platform;
- Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling activities;
- Not have been previously suspended or banned from using the chk4d platform;
- Use the account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
chk4d reserves the right at any time to request users to submit identity verification documents, including a copy of their identity card (MyKad), proof of residential address or other documents deemed necessary to comply with verification requirements. Failure to submit the documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
3. Account Registration and Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the chk4d platform at any time. Registering more than one account using the same or overlapping information is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identity card, an active mobile phone number and a valid email address. chk4d reserves the right to reject or close any account found to be using false or inaccurate information.
- The username and password are the exclusive responsibility of the account owner;
- Users are responsible for all activities that occur through their account;
- chk4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel;
- Any suspicious activity must be reported to customer support immediately;
- Users are not permitted to sell, transfer or gift their account to another party.
4. Deposits and Payment Methods
chk4d accepts deposits through a range of secure and convenient local payment methods. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20. chk4d does not charge any fees on deposit transactions, however payment providers may apply their own charges.
Accepted deposit methods include:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet — a popular local e-wallet widely used by Malaysians;
- DuitNow — instant transfer via phone number or bank account number;
- FPX Online Banking — supports a range of local Malaysian banks;
- Boost — a widely accepted digital e-wallet;
- Cryptocurrency — including USDT, BTC and ETH for more technical users.
chk4d reserves the right to block, hold or freeze any deposit suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity. In such situations, the case will be referred to the relevant authorities.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within 1 hour. However, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements applied to a specific account.
Before a withdrawal request is approved, chk4d reserves the right to require users to complete an identity verification process (KYC). Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, proof of ownership of the payment method and other supporting documents.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated;
- Bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made;
- chk4d reserves the right to delay withdrawals for accounts that are under investigation;
- Withdrawals not claimed within 180 days may be subject to the inactive account policy.
6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme
chk4d offers various promotions to members, including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside the relevant promotion. Failure to meet those requirements may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.
The chk4d VIP loyalty programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze VIP members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver tier up to 0.8%, and Gold tier up to 1.2% weekly cashback. VIP tier advancement depends on the member's activity and betting history.
- Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only;
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users;
- chk4d reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion without notice;
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
7. Game Rules
All games available on the chk4d platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and other games, are subject to the individual rules and conditions of each game. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.
The outcome of all games is final. chk4d uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for slot games and certain table games to ensure fairness and transparency. Winnings are credited automatically to the user's account as soon as the game is completed.
- chk4d is not responsible for technical failures that occur outside our control;
- Any winnings resulting from a technical error or system disruption are void and will not be paid out;
- Users who attempt to exploit game bugs will face disciplinary action;

8. Accepted User Conduct
chk4d users are required at all times to be respectful towards the platform, support staff and other users. Any behaviour that is disruptive, threatening or unethical is prohibited and may result in account closure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the chk4d platform:
- Use of automated software or tools to manipulate games or systems;
- Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or bank accounts;
- Attempts to hack, disrupt or compromise the operations of the platform;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion);
- Money laundering or using the platform for illegal purposes;
- Making unfair or false chargeback claims.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
Users may close their chk4d account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure, all eligible account balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the stated terms.
chk4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Evidence or suspected occurrence of fraud or misuse;
- Failure to submit required verification documents;
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions;
- Requests from legal authorities or regulators;
- Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, chk4d reserves the right to hold any existing balance until the investigation is complete. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
chk4d provides an online gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors or delays. We are not liable for any loss that is indirect, incidental or arising from the use of the platform.
Users acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and they agree to take full responsibility for their own betting decisions. chk4d is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users from betting activity on this platform.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
chk4d reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on chk4d.org unless otherwise stated.
